Charlotte Tilbury’s Filmstar Bronze & Glow

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]‘ve been after this palette forever. Literally forever. As long as you can want something as ‘trivial’ as makeup, anyway. Maybe a year? Maybe a little bit more? I’ve wanted it forever, and can you blame me? That rose goldy sheen, the perfect bronze and highlight, the brand, the general existence of it? Charlotte Tilbury’s Filmstar Bronze & Glow is just the highlight of my life. Lol.

The price tag on this bad boy is a little steep, I grant you. It was a Christmas present from Oliver and he’s the best ever. Ever.

Highlighters are excellent, aren’t they? They just make you look beautiful with one quick sweep, and brighten up your complexion like a dream. Everything looks great through a highlighty sheen. Together with a light bronze, the world is just that little bit sunnier.

We all know how great Charlotte Tilbury is. From her lipsticks to her eye stuff, everything is great. It’s no surprise that the Bronze & Glow is just as perfect, and my favourite thing of hers by far.

Super easy to use, you just glide each colour onto your face, super quick, and then you’re done for the day. I use the NYX Fan Brush, one side for highlight, the other for bronze. The highlight I brush gently over the tops of my cheekbones, and down my nose a little, and the bronze I use to lightly contour with.

I love the way it’s so gentle and light, rather than the heavy contouring that creams can produce. The glow is super soft and natural looking, and the bronze is the perfect shade for sculpting rather than turning your face orange/heavy bronzing.

All in all, I’m obsessed and wear it every single day for a gloriously fresh, dewy face. It’s just perfect for pepping up the skin for Spring.

Have you tried CT’s Bronze & Glow? What’s your holy grail contour set?
